StrengthFarm, founded in 2015

by Sam Johnson with one mission:

Build a stronger community.

The process of beginning to take control over one’s Personal Health and Wellness starts with Commitment to taking Action. The results will come when we build a routine based on Consistency, Discipline, Attention to Detail, and Scientific Principles of Physiology and Psychology. Our methods are not new, fancy, or complicated. The concepts utilized during the process of Personal Training at StrengthFarm are simple yet never easy.

It is within this process of Commitment to our Goals that we begin to see the Outcomes we want. With a focus on Mindset, Nutrition, Flexibility, Stability in and around joints, and STRENGTH from the ground up and inside out, StrengthFarm is 100% the place for anyone interested in and open to becoming a Stronger version of themselves for more Optimal Performance in Sports and Life.

Athletes work in a one on one or small group strength training environment. In today’s youth sports, injuries are at an all time high, especially for athletes ages 12-18.

All athletes train sport specific strength, movement technique, sport specific speed and agility, power endurance, sport specific endurance, and core stability.

Our system begins with evaluation of vertical jump, broad jump, medicine ball tosses for distance and height, various strength and stability tests. From there we help athletes train weaknesses and turn them into strengths.

Our main goal for Sports Athletes is to improve their relative strength, explosive power, endurance, jumping ability, speed and agility, core stability, and sport specific strength.

The coaches take their time in going through proper form with you and suggesting/integrating mobility work so that you don't injure yourself. Sam is also a great owner and has responded quickly with any issues I've had with the box or payment. The box also integrates seamlessly with the MindBody app, and that makes booking classes a breeze.
