What can we expect when taking your classes?
First and foremost I love doing what I can to help people progress, become better versions of themselves, and live stronger, healthier, and happier lives. Whether I’m helping you with a mobility issue, form, or encouraging you to push yourself, it will be done with passion and enthusiasm. I love that we work out in groups and have a community here at StrengthFarm. I also take pride in my ability to work with the individual within the group setting to make sure they’re getting the most out of their experience. Also I really enjoy helping out with mobility or whatever you need after the workout so please feel free to ask me.
Why do you move?
I move because I enjoy movement and because it makes me feel good, not just physically but mentally. I enjoy challenging myself each day. It helps me progress as a person and makes relaxing at the end of the day much more satisfying. Finally, the more I move the more I learn about movement, and the more I learn about movement the more capable I become of helping people.
What do you do when you’re not training?
When I’m not training or coaching I’m usually hanging out with my girlfriend and dog, making or eating delicious and interesting food. Spending time in nature, listening to an audiobook or reading, or watching sports (preferably football).
