Warm Welcomes All Around: We're Open!

Just three weeks ago we opened our doors and began teaching full time classes at the new facility. It’s been a great start to say the least, and we’ve welcomed many new motivated members each week!

This past weekend we hosted a training camp for the local Oregon City Marine Corps recruiting station and witnessed current and future Marines go through a grueling series of exercises. 

There was an impressive turnout with more than 40 people in attendance. Each person performed extremely well and most importantly, handled the workout with a great attitude. Coach Sam designed a workout created to test strength, mental toughness, and endurance.

 

The Workout: 

100 Foot Tire Flips 500lb or 300lb tire

50 Air Squats

1200m Run

25 Burpees

10 Pull Ups

Our program, StrengthFarm Yoga, taught by Stacey Rawley is off to a great start as well.  With 30 minutes of weightlifting (lower body on Tuesday, upper body on Thursday) followed by 30 minutes of yoga to assist in core strength, mobility, and overall athleticism.  These classes are every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00am until 10:00am.
